Ceramic Pumps in IVD Industry 8 Channel Tube Dispensing System

Our 8-channel liquid dispensing system is used for vitro diagnostics (IVD), It is designed to meet the requirements of high precision reagent filling.

Reagent Dispensing System

It is equipped with 8 small volume ceramic metering pumps, and each pump's repeatability accuracy can reach ±0.1%. Therefore, the liquid distribution among different channels is extremely consistent, making it particularly suitable for filling micro-volume reagents. Moreover, the ceramic material is resistant to chemical corrosion, and various reagents commonly used in the IVD process can be used.

Reagent Dispenser

The equipment is designed in a modular manner: there are 8 independent ceramic pumps that can work simultaneously and also be controlled independently. One fixed frame can accommodate 12 sets of 8-joint tube racks, allowing for the batch processing of many samples at once, resulting in high production efficiency. The design takes into account long-term stable operation with minimal maintenance

The advantage of this system is its high precision (repeatability accuracy ± 0.1%), good channel consistency, and it is particularly suitable for the filling of small-volume reagents and diagnostic liquids. Because it can handle multiple rows of tube racks in batches, it significantly improves production efficiency, reduces manual intervention, and has a higher degree of automation.

The application scenarios include:

1. Filling of IVD reagent tubes,

2. Sample preparation for diagnostic kits

3. Production of biochemical analysis consumables

4. Various liquid quantitative workflows that require processing multiple samples simultaneously

In summary, by combining the multi-channel design with the high-precision technology of ceramic pumps, a reliable and flexible expandable solution is provided for modern diagnostic production.
