    We conducted tests on 5 groups of samples, with 32 repeated experiments in each group. Under the condition of 0.0250 micro liquid injection, the test results showed that the accuracies were 0.134337%, 0.097958%, 0.117561%, 0.252955% and 0.141386% respectively. The overall performance is stable, indicating that the pump still has high repeatability accuracy and reliability in the scenario of small liquid injection.
