Pump Precision Test Update
We recently ran a precision test on our latest ceramic pump to check its performance at very small dosing volume.
The test condition was set at 0.0250 injection volume per stroke. We did test on 5 samples group, and each group has 32 repeated samples to make sure the results are stable and reliable.
Here are the accuracy results from the 5 groups:

Overall, the pump showed very stable performance at micro dosing level. Even at such a small volume, the deviation keep low and consistent across all test groups.
This confirms the our ceramic dosing pump can handle high precision liquid filling in real applications like COD reagent filling and other micro liquid dispensing processes where accuracy really matters.
