Micrava Technology at the 18th CIBF – Advancing Precision Electrolyte Dosing for Battery Applications
Xiamen Micrava Technology has always keep the concept of continuous learning and actively participated in various industry-specific exhibitions. The company participated in the 18th CIBF International Battery Exhibition from May 13th to 15th.

In modern battery production, the filling of electrolyte and precise liquid measurement are among the most crucial steps in battery manufacturing. Especially for lithium-ion cells, the accuracy of electrolyte filling directly affects the performance, consistency, and safety of the battery.
At the CIBF exhition, Micrava showcased its advanced ceramic pump technology specifically designed for the following applications:
1. Laboratory-scale electrolyte filling pumps, focusing on cylindrical batteries, small pouch cells, and button cells.
2. High-flow filling, focusing on prismatic batteries and large pouch battery filling.
During the exhibition, we had discussions with battery manufacturers, research institutions and equipment integrators from all over the world.
The main topics of the discussions included:
1. Types of batteries applicable: alkaline batteries, lithium batteries, the form of batteries - rectangular batteries and pouch batteries, custom pump systems for different electrolyte types
2. Maintaining repeatability accuracy
3. Equipment integration work

The application of MICRAVA's injection pump covers from the R&D laboratory to the large-scale manufacturing plant.
1. R&D laboratory: Precise experimental dosage settings are used for formula testing
2. Pilot production line: Process validation and scale optimization
3. Large-scale production: Stable, automated electrolyte injection system

Our solution has been refined over 13 years and is capable of achieving stable, repeatable and extremely precise micro-volume drug delivery, thereby ensuring consistent performance in different production environments.
