Working Principle
One motor controls the rotation of the valve to change its direction, while the other controls the pulling of the metering piston. The filling process is completed in three steps:
1. Suction (rotation + downward movement): Rotate the valve port to align with the liquid inlet, then lower the plunger to create a negative pressure and suck in the liquid.
2. Switching (only rotation): Rotate the valve body to align the valve port with the liquid outlet and close the inlet end.
3. Discharge (only upward movement): Raise the plunger to precisely discharge the liquid from the outlet.
Structure Diagram
The rotary valve ceramic pump is mainly composed of three core components, each responsible for a specific function in the fluid transfer process:
1. Ceramic Plunger Assembly
The ceramic plunger assembly consists of the ceramic plunger and plunger head. It performs the reciprocating motion required to draw in and dispense fluid with high precision. The ceramic material provides excellent wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life.
2. Valve Body Assembly
The valve body assembly includes the main pump body and inlet/outlet connections. It serves as the central structure of the pump, housing the internal flow channels and supporting the rotary valve mechanism. This assembly ensures stable fluid control and reliable sealing performance.
3. Rotary Valve Cartridge
The rotary valve cartridge is composed of the rotary valve core and valve seat. It controls the switching of fluid passages during operation, enabling accurate suction and discharge cycles. The rotary valve design helps achieve precise, continuous, and unidirectional fluid transfer.
