The Stainless Steel Vacuum Degassing Tank is designed for stable liquid handling and efficient degassing under vacuum conditions. It is widely used in industries such as electrolytes, pharmaceuticals, acids, alkalis, and adhesives for transfer, buffering, transition, and temporary storage.

Constructed from high-quality stainless steel, the tank offers excellent chemical resistance and long service life, making it suitable for a wide range of corrosive media. The system operates exclusively under negative pressure (vacuum), ensuring effective gas removal and improved fluid stability in precision dosing and dispensing processes.

1. Equipped with automatic liquid filling, low level automatic replenishment, and one-key draining and cleaning function to empty all liquids after operation. 

2. Integrated functions of automatic vacuuming, vacuum release, defoaming, and tank cleaning. 

3. Features liquid level display with automatic upper/lower limit detection, and overfill safety protection system. 

4. Constructed from SUS304 / SUS316 stainless steel (optional). 

5. Equipped with acid- and alkali-resistant sealing rings and stainless steel valves and fittings, ensuring long service life. 

6. Motor-driven agitator with adjustable speed, with manual start/stop control available. 

7. Controlled by a programmable logic controller (PLC) for automatic operation of valves, motors, and system functions. 

8. Equipped with fault alarm system, liquid flow direction indication, and liquid level visualization during filling process. 

9. High sealing performance, capable of maintaining vacuum pressure for 24 hours without leakage.
