Technical Feature
1. The metering pump is made of zirconia (ZrO₂) material, sintered at 1600°C. It features a uniform microstructure and extremely high density, providing excellent wear resistance, strong alkali corrosion resistance, and long service life.
2. The pump core consists of a ceramic plunger rod and plunger sleeve. Both components are precision polished and accurately matched, requiring no dynamic seals or lubricating oil.
3. Both the pump sleeve and internal components are highly corrosion-resistant, enabling compatibility with a wide range of chemical and liquid applications.
4. Equipped with a programmable controller and touchscreen human-machine interface (HMI), offering stable performance and easy operation.
5. Standard communication interface supports standalone operation or easy integration with PLC systems or industrial computers.
6. The operator can calculate the total dispensing volume based on actual production requirements using the following formula:
Q total (total dispensing volume) = Q stroke (stroke volume) × N strokes (number of strokes)
